Off Soho Suites

A solid 4-star experience overall. The location and service were both dependable (3 stars), which made navigating the area easy. The rooms were a bit more on the basic side (2 stars), but for the price and the convenience of the neighborhood, it served its purpose well.

The best hospitality. The best team and service. Thank you walid, tareq and Gabe for everything. They made our stay a 10/10 and made our trip to NYC memorable. The room is great and spacious, clean, and regular cleaning services. I recommend you stay here if you want to be in the midst of everything, we were able to walk almost everywhere due to the location being so close to all the touristy activities. THANK YOU.

My recent stay at the Off Soho Suites Hotel in New York City was a very positive experience, primarily due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I checked in, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything I needed. They were particularly accommodating with our family, supplying both a sofa bed and a fold-out bed for our three kids, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. Their warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, which was a huge selling point for me. Situated just outside SoHo, it offered easy access to some of New York's most vibrant neighborhoods. I found that I was no more than 20 minutes away from all the main sites, whether I was walking or hopping on the subway. This convenience meant I could maximize my time exploring the city without lengthy commutes. While the rooms are a bit dated and could certainly benefit from an update, they were perfectly functional and had everything I needed, including a very useful kitchenette. This feature was a game-changer, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals and save on dining costs, especially with the kids. Despite the decor, the rooms were comfortable and provided a great base for our New York adventure. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel in New York City with an unbeatable location, genuinely helpful staff (especially when traveling with family), and practical amenities like a kitchen and extra beds, the Off Soho Suites Hotel is a solid choice. While the rooms may not be the most modern, their functionality and the overall positive experience certainly make up for it.

This place is pretty much in the downtown area, we would 100% recommend it for anyone checking out New York for the first time or as a return trip for a deeper look and visit. Subways were near by with the touch and pay system we were able to see all the major tourist sights in Manhattan. Did it all in 6 days. Off SOHO is super bad ass!

Functional but very dated rooms in an awesome location. They’d do well to upgrade the appliances and fix some of the busted tiles. Daily maid service is awesome. Location is great. People at desk are helpful. Halls spotless. Plenty of hot water. Rooms nicely cleaned.

The good - it is well priced, we got a private bedroom and the kids stayed on a sofa bed in the other room, there is a full kitchen and a fridge and location is in a good place in the middle of NY where you can get to everywhere on the subway. It's also located in a quiet street with no traffic noise. The bad - our heating system did not make the rooms hot enough (we got extra blankets for the second night, and it wasn't cold after they tweaked the heating). The kitchen did not come with things that are usually in other hotels like coffee, tea. So for someone coming for a few days, you either have to buy everything or bring them from home. We didn't check in advance so it was a bit annoying. The pillows could have been better. Overall, great value for the money we spent.

Excellent location for visiting the East Village and great value. Daughter was celebrating her 21st in the city and we needed a room with 2 beds and a little space for a reasonable price. A very hard find in NYC. She wanted to be in or near the East Village. I booked this hotel because it said there is a queen bed and a double futon, price was acceptable. We were so surprised that it was a complete apartment! Full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Big bathroom too, plenty of room for 4 girls to get ready to go out on the town. Not super modern or fancy but clean, spacious and well equipped. Perfect base for our weekend!

It was very old school but peaceful and u can smoke. The TV was old with not too many channels is my only complaint. The room was big and spacious and it around everything in between Soho and Chinatown
